Rainbow Lake is home to many different community facilities and organizations. The Multi-Use facility opened in 1994 and houses a Community hall, Public Library, Health & Fitness Club, Curling Lounge, Concession stand, Meeting Rooms, Seasonal curling sheets and an Ice Arena. The Multi Use Facility is located at 1 Atco Road.

There are many community groups to get involved in, which meet the many needs of the community. Community Groups include Minor Hockey, SteamBlowers, Parent Link, Girl Guides of Canada, Oilmen’s to name a few.
